Join St. Maarten Heart and Stroke Foundation to deliver Heart Health Workshops to 6th and 7th grade students during transition between module A and B.Detailed description
February is Heart Health Awareness Month! AUC students will acknowledge this month by teaching children about heart health with fun and interactive classroom workshops. This role involves the following:
- Attend a 1-hour session with 5-10 AUC peers to plan the approach to engaging children in workshops. Supplies and protocols will be available for student modification.
- Facilitate workshops by engaging children in their classrooms.
Transportation and lunch will be provided to all AUC students participating in this event.
