As part of our ongoing @colormesxm project and in collaboration with Plastic Free SXM, we are painting an entire alleyway!
Date: Saturday, February 22, 2025
Time: 7:00am (please be on time for instructions) - 11:00am
Location: Afloopsteeg, Philipsburg (meet at Seaview Beach Hotel on Boardwalk)
The mural is designed by artists Nascha Kagie & Daphne Prevoo, but due to the large size, they will need lots of help to complete it. We are looking for volunteers ages 8 and up to come help paint.
A few things to keep in mind:
*children/minors must be accompanied by an adult
*wear closed shoes and clothing that can get dirty
*wear sun-protection such as sunscreen and a hat
*photos and videos will be taken to promote the project
We will gather at Seaview Beach Hotel on the Boardwalk for instructions. The Hotel is next to the alley 'Afloopsteeg' which we will be painting. Light refreshments will be available.
