Dr.J Foundation Crisis Shelter is fully sponsored by Dr.J Enterprises whereas it's sister branch Dr.J Foundation Transitional Shelter is subsidized by government who primarily acquired the expertise of Dr.J. G. Arndell via her foundation due to the enormous quantity and drugs, violence and criminal activities that accumulated. The transition of the hurricane victims from the festival village to the present location of Dr.J Transitional Facility Shelter in Sucker Garden commenced as of Feb 2018 whereas The Foundation managed to fully transition the residents into its present location in Sucker Garden as of April 1st 2018 thru March 31st of 2020.
